- Picking point collection (collection point):
Bicycles sent to collection points have free sizes and the store is fully riding the bike to deliver it.
This is the most practical and economic option.
- Home delivery:
In this mode, the bike is delivered with 80% of the assembly completed, requiring small finishes (such as pedal placement and guided adjustment).
Shipping methods available will be shown during the checkout process.
2. Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary depending on order weight, delivery location and selected shipping method.
The exact value will be calculated and presented before finishing your purchase.
- Portugal and Spain (continental):
- Picking Point: Free Shipments
- Delivery at home: 30 € (bikes)
- Rest of Europe (where we operate):
- adult bikes: 40 €
- Child bikes: 25 €
3. Delivery time
estimated delivery time is between 3 to 10 business days and may vary according to the option of shipping chosen and the location of delivery.
Although we strive to meet the estimated deadlines, situations outside our control, such as delays in transportation services, can affect delivery time.
4. Processing and shipping
After payment confirmation, the order comes into processing phase, which can take between 1 to 2 business days, depending on product availability.

5. ORDER FOLLOWING
Once the order is issued, we will send an email with the tracking number so that you can follow the state of delivery.

6. International Delivery
Elementary Cycles sends to several countries in Europe.
The delivery time may vary according to the country of destination.
The customer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes or customs applied by the local authority at the time of delivery.
7. Delivery Limitations
We do not send to the islands of Portugal and Spain, namely:
- Açores
- Madeira
- Ilhas Baleares
- Ilhas Canárias
- Outras ilhas ou regiões ultraperiféricas
