PRODUCT WARRANTY
Elementar Cycles offers a 3-year warranty, valid from the date of purchase, as indicated on the invoice. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects already existing at the time of delivery, provided that the proper maintenance plan described in the manual has been followed.
The warranty is associated with the bike, not the owner. If you purchased the bike second-hand and it is still within the 3-year period, you can submit a claim (warranty request). However, you may be asked for proof of purchase.
Electric bike batteries are covered by a 3-year warranty or up to 300 charging cycles , whichever comes first. During this period, the battery must maintain up to 70% of its original capacity. If a defect appears within the first 6 months, it will be necessary to demonstrate that it is a manufacturing defect.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY
The warranty does not cover the following cases:
- Accidental damage caused by collision, falling or similar external forces;
- Natural wear and tear due to use or lack of maintenance;
- Damage caused by corrosion;
- Damage resulting from using the bicycle outside its recommended usage category;
- Changes in color due to environmental factors or unsuitable cleaning products;
- Modifications carried out outside authorized workshops;

- Cables, handles, bearings and spokes;
- Any other component subject to natural wear and tear with use.
